Introduction
Welcome to HDental Mart! By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the site, orders, and any transactions conducted through the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
After completing your payment, please send your payment receipt to our *WhatsApp number* for confirmation. Once we confirm the payment, you will receive a notification and your parcel will be dispatched for delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped through reliable transport/courier agencies, ensuring home delivery within 2-5 working days (depending on location).
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.
Orders are fully insured during transit, at no extra cost to the customer.
Important Note: In case of lost orders during transit, we will negotiate a reprocessing of the order at a discounted price. However, we are not liable for any loss while the shipment is in transit.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect address listings.
If you prefer using your own courier service, we are open to discussions and will prioritize your needs.
Note
Transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please provide a full address with a pin code/zip code.
Order Fulfillment
For orders exceeding 25,000 PKR, an initial advance payment of at least **25% of the total invoice is required.Orders will be shipped from HDental Mart and customers will receive shipping details, including the tracking number and expected delivery date.
-For multiple orders, customers may receive packages separately depending on product availability and shipping locations.
– We offer Cash on Delivery(COD) service throughout Pakistan.
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted *within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is in saleable condition and in original packaging.Non-returnable products include equipment sold under promotional or discounted prices, instruments, and items with short expiry dates.
Items sold as discounted or promotional products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Instruments and equipment cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Expired Products: If you receive a short expiry product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We will address the issue accordingly.
Return Process
– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via *WhatsApp* or email.Return shipping: If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the issue is our mistake (e.g., wrong product or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer full refunds, store credit, and exchanges depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product.If the product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit as per customer preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.If the damage is caused by us, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Short expiry products We will not accept returns for these.
Product Inspection
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and update you regarding its status. Once the inspection is complete, we will inform you of the outcome and proceed with the refund or exchange as necessary.
